| Santa's North Pole is a place of whimsy and joy - where he, Mrs. Claus and the elves live, play and prepare for Christmas each year.
The celebration began with introduction of five Limited to Year of Production Special Edition buildings in 2004. What makes these buildings unique is that each one has a specific letter relating to its name as a gold weathervane. One building has an "S", another building has an "A" and so on. Combined together, but sold separately, the letters from the five buildings spell out SANTA.
The first building "S" -"Santa's Toy Company is a numbered Special Edition limited to 10,000 pieces and was only being allocated to a select number of North Pole dealers. (one left)
The second building "A" - Alfie's Toy School for Elves" was sold only via www.department56.com. in the fall of 2004.
The balance of the 15th Anniversary pieces, the "N", "T", and "A" were introduced in January 2005.
